COVID -19, the global Coronavirus, is deeply affecting us all-you our patients, our employees and our families. During this unsettling time, we want you to know that we are taking all possible actions to continue to maintain our business. However, at the same time, safety for everyone is our number one priority.
We recognize that social distancing is critical to reducing transmission of this virus. To that end, we are making every effort to help ensure the safety and well-being of our patients as well as our employees. As a result, we have encouraged our entire team to work remotely when possible.
We have currently instituted Telemedicine. Face-to-face visits with a provider via your computer, laptop or smart phone may be scheduled by contacting our office numbers, 312-263-4625 or 815-933-2227, or reaching out via our website under Video Calls. Prescription refills are still being handled as normal by contacting our office. Our on-call staff are still available for any medical questions. We currently are only accommodating suture removal patients in the office to adhere to prescribed safety protocols by the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
While we may be unsure of many things currently, one certainty is that we are all in this together.
